5 Habits of Feminine Women

The secret to having a successful femininity journey is to build habits and stick to them. Habits are tasks that you complete on a regular basis, whether that be daily, weekly, monthly etc. that are ingrained into your routine and hard to change. If you are serious about embracing your femininity and starting this journey of change, building habits will help you make those changes that you desire towards levelling up.  So, what are some habits that feminine women follow in order to embrace or maintain their femininity? Here are 5 that I have illustrated down below.

They keep up with their hygiene:  The first habit of feminine women is that they follow a regular hygiene routine. This includes things like, following a daily morning and evening skincare routine, keeping up with waxes or shaving regimes, keeping their nails and toes intact, showering regularly while using high quality products that smell good and work well for their skin, keeping themselves clean throughout the day, observing dentist appointments and keeping up with proper dental hygiene in between visits.  Outside of health reasons, keeping a regular hygiene routine will help you feel your best, look your best at all things, and make sure you don't forget any parts of your routine. This last point is extremely important because you don't want to be caught not smelling good, or feeling clean. 

They follow a monthly budget: Feminine women understand the importance of managing their finances. Managing your finances is important because it determines and affects many aspects of your life. Like your quality of life, your ability to do the things you want to do, buy the things you want, and live in the kind of home you want in a nice neighbourhood. It even affects your mental health. Personal finances include everything from your spending, your income, investments, and debt repayment. At the most basic level, feminine women need to understand and practice budgeting in order to explore and be successful in other aspects of their finances. Creating a monthly budget is very simple. You can use a notebook or open an Excel sheet. Write down your income for the month, then write down your monthly expenses, which would include things like your rent/mortgage, utilities, phone bill, grocery amount, and an estimate (or the actual number if you know the exact monthly amount) of how much you plan on spending for each category. Don't forget to include things like a budget for clothing, makeup, hair, restaurants/take out and social outings with friends, to make sure you are getting an accurate picture of your spending. At the end of the month, go through your budget and put the actual amount you spent on each category. Your estimate and actual should be the same or at least close, if your budget was successful.

They keep up with their health and fitness: Another habit feminine women establish is keeping up with their health and fitness. They follow a workout routine so they make sure they are active at least 30 minutes everyday, they build a healthy diet plan, manage their grocery shopping regularly, and meal prep if they don't have enough time to cook a healthy meal. 

They protect their work/ life balance: Working feminine women establish routines that promote a healthy work/life balance. They don't want to become workaholics, so they make sure they leave room and time to pursue their hobbies, nurture friendships and spend time with family. They do this by using planners and calendars to prioritize their time, stick to set work hours, be realistic with what they can accomplish in a set amount of time, and take breaks and plan out set time and activities for their partner, friends, family and themselves. 

They create goals for themselves while still practicing gratitude: Feminine women turn their dreams into goals and their goals into reality. They don't just say they want something, they go after it. They understand that Rome wasn't built in a day. It takes time and purposeful planning to get your goals accomplished. While they go after their dreams and goals, they also understand the importance of being grateful and practice gratitude. They are able to dream and plan big, while also being thankful for the life they have now.
