5 Simple Reasons Why Men Don't Approach You

You're Never Out In Public Alone: If you always go out with friends, one reason why you might not get approached by men. is because you are never on your own. Some men might find it more challenging, intimidating, inappropriate or rude to approach a woman they are interested in when she is in a large group of friends. Try going out and doing things like eating out, going to the gym, going to a conference or an organized social event on your own.

You Leave the House Looking a Mess: Another reason men may not approach you. is because of how you look. Men are visual creatures, so although your personality is important, the way you look is the initial driving force of a man's attraction to you, and determines whether they will approach you or not. So, it's important to look nice and put together. If you need some guidance on how to improve your physical appearance to look more attractive and feminine, check out my blog post: "The Ultimate Guide to Levelling Up Your Appearance."

You Don’t Make Eye Contact and Your Body Language is Closed Off: Whether you consciously or unconsciously do it, closed off body language and avoiding eye contact ,will communicate to others that you don't want to be bothered and to stay away from you. Examples of closed off body language are when your arms are crossed, you avoid people's gaze, or when you have a plain expression, or worse, resting bitch face.

Your Face is Always in Your Phone: Similar to the above point, always being on your phone when you are out in public or at a social event, will communicate to men that you are not interested in talking to them. I know always looking at our phones is often a habit, or is comforting when we are in new environments, but you have to break this habit if you want men to approach you. Instead, interact more with the environment around you. Look around, go for a walk or run without listening to music, start up conversations with strangers, actually pay attention to the food you are eating or drink you are drinking. Open up your senses and take note of the smells, sounds and sights around you.

You Don't Go to the Right Places: You might not do all the things above, but you still don't have men approach you. The reason for this, may be because of where you are going. Certain places may allow for more attention from men than others. For instance, if the only time you leave your house is to go to the grocery store or mall, and you expect men to approach you in these places, you may have more success going to somewhere like a  networking event.
