5 Feminine Habits to Develop While at Home
During this time, now that most of us are stuck at home there is no better time then to practice and work on cultivating our femininity. Free of having to wake up early everyday to go to work or school we can finally work on ourselves. So here are 5 feminine things to practice while at home.
1. Develop a Self-Care Routine
It's so important as feminine women that we work on taking care of ourselves. We often get swept up taking care of everyone else that we neglect ourselves. Now is the time to work on our self-care routines as it relates to our skin, hair, teeth, body, face, mental or spiritual health.

Practice getting better at applying your makeup
Take time to learn different makeup techniques, to perfect your everyday makeup look. Learn how to apply false lashes or properly do your brows. Explore different eyeshadow looks or different lip combinations. YouTube is a great resource to help you practice your techniques or give you inspiration of different looks to try.

Work on building a positive mindset and smiling more.
One thing that sets feminine women apart is their positive, upbeat attitude. Especially during times like this, it's important to develop a positive attitude towards life and not just give into despair and negative thoughts. This not only helps with increasing your feminine energy it also helps your mental health. Take it from someone who has struggled with anxiety, being positive, happy and smiling more really does help. It also helps those around you. People are attracted to happy people so if you are trying to attract a partner or new friend, practice your smile. One thing that helps with being more positive is to practice gratitude. Everyday write down or think of 3 things that are you grateful for. Noticing all the things in your life that you have be blessed with reminds you that you have so much to be happy about.

Practice Working in Heels
If you're someone who isn't able to work in heels comfortably but wants to learn, use this time to practice working in heels around your house. Start off with a shorter pair and wear them while doing the dishing, cooking, cleaning or just walk around in them for 30 minutes a day to get comfortable wearing and walking in heels.

Develop Some (New) Hobbies
Instead of spending all our time on social media or watching Netflix, let's take this time to develop some actual hobbies. Some hobbies you could consider trying include: sewing, reading, cooking, dancing, knitting or crocheting, painting, gardening, drawing, learning a foreign language, website design or photography. Not only will taking up a new hobby fill your days with excitement, you'll learn new things and become a more interesting person others want to be around.
